=====================================
Many thanks to Matthias Domin for helping me find and fix
numerous bugs and inconsistencies with the player.s code.
A spindle of CDRs were sacrificed for this version!

3) Fixed audio header packet data type to match what player.s is expecting
4) Updated to QuickTime 7.1 libraries
5) Fixed several memory leaks
6) Fixed a file that wasn't being closed until exit.

JagCinePak.exe  version 1.3  02/03/05

   There was a division round off error difference between the mac and windows.

JagCinePak.exe  version 1.2  08/16/04
=====================================

2) fixed crash when movie has no sound track (thanks Matthias)

JagCinePak.exe  version 1.1  07/25/04
=====================================
1) The make track code now works.
   Each time you convert a movie, the track number auto increments.
2) Fixed bug with conversion never ending (Thanks Starcat, for sending the logs)
3) Fixed bug with audio sync, seems the cinepak player doesn't like
   a negative drift value for the SCLK

JagCinePak.exe  version 1.0  12/27/03
=====================================

1) read the title bar, it has the instructions
2) set the options, the defaults should work fine
2) drag/drop a movie onto the window
3) the cursor will change to the hour glass
4) when the cursor changes back, the conversion is complete

In the directory of the original .mov file you will see six new files:
Three .log files of the conversion process
One .srg smooth file
One .crg chunky file
One .aif AIFF file

The make track code is not present, so setting the track number has no affect.

If something goes wrong, look in the first .log file it creates,
it will usually say something like: "file not recognized as a quicktime movie"

Have fun!
